Description
GRL Platform Solutions PCIe Transmitter Compliance Test Solution provides comprehensive automation of PCIe 6.0 and earlier Transmitter CEM (Card Electro Mechanical), M.2 and U.2 Specification Compliance testing at 64, 32, 16, 8, 5, and 2.5 GT/s data rates with any compatible Tektronix or Keysight oscilloscope.
GRL-PXE-TX increases test efficiency by automating power and signal quality test sequencing and offline processing of captured waveforms following PCI-SIG-approved Methods of Implementation (MOIs) with Keysight or Tektronix real-time oscilloscopes using existing PCI-SIG Compliance Base Boards (CBBs) and Compliance Load Boards (CLBs).
GRL-PXE-TX software works with the optional GRL PCIe P1 controller (GRL-PXE-P1), with up to 8X faster test throughput performance possible on a multi-core PC. GRL-PXE-P1 quickly captures waveforms, freeing up the oscilloscope for other work, and is automatically programmed to capture only the waveforms for the test that the user wants to perform.
GRL-PXE-TX can be configured to capture and test all waveforms in a PCIe 1.0 to 6.0 system (lane, data rate, preset), or individual waveforms, and performs all SigTest signal quality and de-emphasis compliance tests. The software’s multi-threading of SigTest further reduces test time.
