Vamshi brings to GRL Platform Solutions a strong track record of success with over 20 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to GRL, Vamshi was the head of Symmetricom’s Global Embedded Solutions Division responsible for global marketing, product management, technical management and business creation; and held leadership positions with Applied Micro, MosChip Semiconductor, and Standard Microsystems (SMSC). Vamshi holds a B.E. in Instrumentation Engineering and an MBA.

Responsible for delivering state-of-the-art test solution products and driving the development of new product offerings. In addition to managing the Solution Business Unit’s P&L, he is also in charge of implementing business strategy and guiding investments, which include M&A activity. Mr. Sun holds an M.S. in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an M.B.A. Concentration in Finance & Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Raja is a seasoned product and industry leader with over 25 years of experience advancing automated test and validation solutions for high-speed digital and automotive technologies. Before GRL, he spent more than 15 years at Tektronix, Intel, and Prodigy Technovations, where he built deep expertise in product development, post-silicon validation, and compliance methodologies. At GRL Platform Solutions, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the vision, architecture, and development of state-of-the-art test platforms for protocol and electrical compliance, post-silicon validation, and functional testing. His expertise and industry contributions span a broad range of technologies, including USB, Qi, HDMI, MHL, DisplayPort, UniPro, PCI Express® (PCIe®), SD, I2C, SPI, UART, MMC, and automotive ecosystems.

Miki is GRL Platform Solutions’ lead global signal integrity expert. Prior to joining GRL in 2013, Miki spent 15 years at O2Micro, Advanced Chip Express and NEC most recently as Analog Design Manager, leading SERDES IP development and integration into ICs and systems. Miki is an expert in SERDES and SI design and validation. Miki received the SD Association Innovation and Technology Award in 2014, and has contributed to the PCIe standard since v1.0. In 2019, Miki was awarded by the PCI-SIG for contributions to PCIe technology. Miki has also authored numerous technical whitepapers and seminars. Miki currently chairs the Open Alliance Automotive Ethernet TC13 and TC14 PMA test subgroups, and the Automotive Serdes Alliance Cable Test Ad Hoc Working Group.

Shibin Veerendrakumar is a Senior Engineering Fellow and Technical Director at GRL Platform Solutions, where he leads hardware design and high-speed validation for advanced semiconductor and connectivity solutions. With extensive expertise in USB 2.0/3.x/4®, USB Power Delivery, HDMI, DisplayPort, PCIe, and mixed-signal SOC design, Shibin has architected and validated complex systems from concept to production, including semiconductors, embedded platforms, and automotive applications. An approved USB, HDMI, and HDCP test engineer, he combines hands-on technical leadership with team management and cross-location collaboration, ensuring robust, standards-compliant products in high-speed connectivity and semiconductor domains.

Rajani leads GRL Platform Solutions India's Solutions business, holding full P&L responsibility and overseeing all operational facets, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Business Growth. With over 20 years of experience, primarily in the semiconductor industry, Rajani's expertise spans circuit design, product management, business development, and P&L management. He also brings a strong technical background in wired (USB) and wireless (Bluetooth, 802.15.4) connectivity technologies from his tenure at Mindtree Ltd and Cypress Semiconductors.

Rajani's educational qualifications include a BE in Electronics from Bharathiar University, followed by an MS in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.

Norihide Horimoto is the Sales Director at GRL Platform Solutions, bringing extensive experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management across high-tech testing and measurement industries. Previously, he held leadership and account management roles at Eurofins FQL, Tektronix, and VIAVI Solutions, where he drove new business growth, managed key accounts, and supported general management initiatives. Known for combining strategic vision with customer-focused execution, Norihide leads sales efforts that strengthen client relationships and expand GRL Platform Solutions' market presence.

Joey is responsible for the GRL Platform Solutions business in the China region. Prior to joining GRL Platform Solutions in 2022, Joey worked at Southchip and at the services arm of Granite River Labs as a Sales Manager for IC and testing services. With 8 years of experience across both engineering and sales, Joey has led the China business of GRL Platform Solutions to achieve three consecutive years of growth since 2023. He specializes in USB-PD, Qi, and high-speed signal validation technologies.

Naresh Botsa is the Director of Product Quality & Customer Engineering at GRL Platform Solutions, specializing in protocol validation, compliance, and quality management across high-speed connectivity technologies. He brings deep expertise in DisplayPort, HDMI, USB 2.0/3.x/4®, USB Power Delivery,  and wireless power protocols including Qi 2.0 and MPP. Naresh ensures rigorous testing and validation practices, helping customers achieve reliable, standards-compliant products while bridging technical excellence with practical, real-world application. 

Yasuo Urabe is the Director of Solutions & Automotive BU at GRL Platform Solutions, where he leads the development and support of advanced automotive, USB Power Delivery, and wireless charging testing solutions. With extensive experience in silicon and device support, he has built strong customer and internal team relationships while driving product quality, validation, and technical issue resolution. His career spans automotive Ethernet testing, compliance tester sales and support, embedded systems development, FPGA and IoT platform support, and the creation of technical learning content for electronics and embedded platforms. Yasuo combines deep technical expertise with strategic oversight, ensuring his teams deliver high-performance, standards-compliant solutions that meet both customer and executive expectations.

Balamurugan M serves as Director of Solutions Engineering at GRL Platform Solutions, leading the software architecture, development, and validation of the company’s high-speed connectivity, wireless charging, and IoT test harness solutions. He has played a central role in the successful delivery of flagship products, ensuring compliance with key industry standards such as USB and Qi while advancing scalable software platforms designed for automation, integration, and future growth. His contributions have strengthened GRL’s API-driven software ecosystem through multi-language interface support, enhanced interoperability, and more efficient AI driven engineering workflows. In addition, Bala is known for mentoring teams, improving documentation and development processes, and guiding software architecture through scalable, TOGAF-inspired principles. 

Krishna Murthy P is the Director of Product Engineering at GRL Platform Solutions, an innovative leader with over 23 years of experience across electronics, industrial automation, telecom, consumer electronics, and PC hardware. He has led the full product lifecycle from concept to market, scaling teams, improving product performance, and driving compliance for key protocols including USB Power Delivery, USB4®, and HDMI. Known for combining deep technical expertise in embedded systems, FPGA-based protocol development, and R&D strategy with hands-on leadership, Krishna fosters agile, high-performing teams that deliver innovative, high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

As Director of FPGA Development at GRL Platform Solutions, Velmurugan Ayyakkanu brings deep technical leadership to the design of FPGA-based test and validation platforms for high-speed connectivity and power technologies. His expertise spans USB Power Delivery, USB Type-C®, HDMI, DisplayPort, wireless charging, and other advanced interface technologies, helping GRL Platform Solutions deliver reliable and scalable solutions for both product development and compliance testing. Swee Guan Chua is the General Manager of Electrical Validation at GRL Platform Solutions, leading solution architecture and development for high-speed connectivity and automated test platforms, including GTrusted.com and PCIe 3.0/4.0 receiver PHY compliance applications. With over 15 years of experience at companies such as Mexter, Agilent, and Keysight, he brings deep expertise in HDMI and DisplayPort electrical validation, production automation, and scalable, high-volume testing solutions. Known for bridging advanced technical design with practical deployment, Swee Guan drives innovation and reliability in both engineering and production environments. 

 Nikhil Acharya is a Senior Technical Lead and Product Manager at GRL Platform Solutions, and a USB Implementers Forum-approved USB Certification Engineer. With over a decade of experience in high-speed interface technologies including USB, Power Delivery, DisplayPort, HDMI, Thunderbolt, SATA, and PCIe, he specializes in validation, compliance, and silicon characterization across both pre- and post-silicon stages. Known for his strong debugging skills and hands-on expertise with advanced test equipment, Nikhil combines deep technical knowledge with product management insight to drive robust, standards-aligned solutions from development through certification. 

Harshavardhan Reddy G is a Senior Technology Manager at GRL Platform Solutions, where he plays a pivotal role in the technology development and product hardware architecture of GRL Platform Solutions’ industry-leading test solutions. With over a decade of expertise and contribution to major industry standards such as USB-C®, USB Power Delivery, and Qi wireless charging technologies, Harsha collaborates closely with major standards bodies and contribute to standardizing the technology with robust technology product architectures.

Kevin Su is a Production Manager at GRL Platform Solutions, where he oversees day-to-day production operations and ensures the efficient delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. With a focus on process optimization, resource coordination, and execution reliability, he plays a key role in keeping projects on track and maintaining consistent output in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

 Nitin Holla is a technology leader with deep expertise in IoT interoperability, certification automation, and standards-focused product engineering. He has played an important role in advancing solutions for key industry standards such as Thread, OCF, and Matter, with particular strength in test harness development to support certification and compliance needs. His experience spans automation architecture, validation, delivery support, and execution across technically demanding programs, along with leadership in mentoring teams and guiding engineering efforts to successful completion. Before joining GRL Platform Solutions, Nitin worked in the fintech industry, building digital banking, analytics, and cloud-based platforms. He brings together strong technical capability to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions aligned with customer and ecosystem needs. 

Prasannakumar M N is Firmware Development Manager at GRL Platform Solutions. Prasanna leads firmware architecture and development for advanced test and validation platforms. With over a decade of experience in embedded systems, he has made significant industry contributions across key technologies including USB Power Delivery, USB Type-C®, USB, PCI Express®, HDMI®, DisplayPort™, and Qi wireless charging, and plays an important role in delivering high-performance, next-generation test solutions.

Mahesh a solutions development manager in GRL Platform Solutions, recognized industry expert whose contributions have helped advance test and validation solutions for wireless power and high-speed connectivity technologies. With over a decade of expertise and industry contributions in WPC Qi wireless charging and USB Power Delivery / USB Type-C®, he plays a key role in delivering reliable, scalable, and user-centric test platforms that serve the global compliance ecosystem.

Sankar Selvam is a Senior Program Manager at GRL Platform Solutions, Sankar leads program execution and product delivery across the company’s advanced test and validation solutions. He has made important contributions to wireless power transfer and IoT connectivity technology programs, driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch. With strong program leadership, execution discipline, and technical understanding, Sankar plays a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality solutions and aligning customer needs with successful product outcomes.

Palanisamy is a Senior Field Application Engineer at GRL Platform Solutions, specializing in software validation, Qi wireless charger testing, and USB Power Delivery (USB Type-C® device) protocol testing. With over six years of experience at GRL Platform Solutions, he provides expert technical support, bridging product development and real-world application to ensure reliable, standards-compliant solutions for high-speed connectivity and wireless power technologies.
